I am very happy to report that for a two week planning period there were about 45 people who showed up to the Miami Resolution Run…a big wag of the finger to the 6 of you who said you would be there and did in fact run…but not with us. DSCN2861DSCN2860 Zensah provided leg sleeves for our pacers…and I am soooo in love with mine they will be worn for the next race. Yup, I like to be loud and proud on race day! If I look fast, then I need to run fast right?! Checkout David and I who ended up matching accidentally… he ran 2 miles!!! So his heel is healing and I can’t wait to run more with him this year. Mix1 provided drinks for everyone after the run which was wonderful and I so appreciate the amazing support they provide to South Florida runners. VIRTUAL RUN REPORTS! I am so excited by the number of you who printed out your bibs and started your year with a run…be in the tundra’s of the US, on the treadmill or lucky ducks like me outdoors in shorts! Hope you all started off your year right! Have you ever organized a race or group run?? I’m balloonsmileythinking I’d like to get a GREAT BIG one for my 30th birthday this summer, so start saving for airfare. —————————————————– Gratitude Journal Jan 3 I am grateful for long weekends I am grateful for new calendarssig I am grateful for organization I am grateful for to do lists I am grateful for beaches

I am a running coach with over a decade of experience helping thousands of runners to achieve their goals from running injury free to crossing that marathon finish line with a PR. I’ve run over 28,000 miles in my own running journey since 2002. Run To The Finish is my place to share that love and my deep dive in to researching all things running. I hold multiple run coaching certifications, as well as a personal training certification. But it’s my ongoing desire to learn and progress as a coach that has allowed me to help runners from their 20’s through their 70’s! More ways to connect with me:

This looks fantastic – congrats on your first non-virtual race organizing!I didn't print out a bib or write a report, but I did get out for a run on January 1, and I'm not sure I would have without the extra motivation from your race :)

I'm so jealous of those shorts and t-shirts. Great job organizing a race. I've never done it before but would like to sometime in the future. And the great part is that you got to run it too! I think that's pretty rare; organizing and running in the same race!
