Great program! I used it as my warm up while training for my first half and it made such a difference with the knee pain I was dealing with. Is this a recurring payment or one time?

The 30 Day Core Challenge is a one time payment. You’ll have access for 2 years or the lifetime of the program, whichever is longer. Via Virtual Run Club you’ll have access as long as you are a member.

What if I’m new to working out?

That’s what makes 10 minutes so great! It helps to eliminate excuses and rest days are built in, which is when your muscles repair and get stronger.

What equipment do I need?

The entire things can be done with no equipment, but we will recommend some mini bands and an optional weight to maximize a few exercises.

Is there a Community?

At times we will use the Thinkific platform to use a daily check in for the Core Challenge. Ongoing community support and access to running coaches is ONLY available via Virtual Run Club.

WHO AM I?

There are a few things you should know about me first, just in case you’re not sure if I’m the “real deal”. I sometimes run on a treadmill. I walk, too. I don’t run everyday. And pizza is my love language. Still think I’m a real runner? Awesome. In reality, I’m just like you.

Over the last 13 years, I have poured thousands of miles and hundreds of hours of research into comprehensively understanding all it takes for you to run strong, safe, and supported. I’ve built my own personal online runner’s club, a community of tens of thousands of runners who all share one thing in common: a seemingly insatiable craving for cereal. (Oh, and they like to run, too.)
