Xango Juice Review and Free Samples

The Mayo Clinic is using Xango Juice in a current study to determine the long-term benefits…Drew Brees drinks it and the infamous heal your body Dr. Oz says it’s one of 5 super foods you should be eating.

Usually that’s enough to convince most of us we need to try it, right?

The number of health products on the shelves continues to grow each year as people seek the magic bullet of health. Part of me is A-OK with this as it means people are focusing on health and part of me realizes 90%of it is junk. Which means I am approached frequently to tell you about that JUNK.

I am always very honest in my reviews and I research products before ever giving them any stamp of approval.

Mangosteen

Mangosteen is nothing new on the health market, but other products required people to spend hundreds each month to get the benefits, at which point I would have pointed out that all fruits and vegetables provide you with antioxidants so save the moola.

When Xango Juice reached out, I did my research and agreed this might actually be something I would use and therefore would share with my readers. To find out they sent me a two month sample of the juice, which I have now been using for 2 weeks.

Some of you might like it just because it looks like a wine bottle! David wanted to drink the whole thing since it tastes great, I had to pull him away because you only need an ounce!
Xango Juice review

What is mangosteen?
It’s a tropical fruit, grown in Malaysia, with a very thick red rind, that has a sweet white fleshy center.

In the US it seems to be mostly consumed in supplement form.

Mangosteen Benefits?
Besides the Mayo clinic peaking my interest there are a lot of known benefits to consistently consuming mangosteen:

  • Improved respiratory system
  • good for the heart
  • helps to lower blood sugar
  • helps with digestion (I think probiotics might do more)
  • supports cartilage (though I think collagen does more for this)
  • supports the immune system

I love a visual, so here’s a chart to show you the benefits as well.mangosteen benefits

Since I’ve now been beating the drum about how important digestion is to overall health, you can see why I wanted to check this out. I did some additional research in writing this post and found it helps with acne…hmmm see my results below.

Xango Juice Ingredients

xango juice ingredients

  • Whole mangosteen
  • A whole variety of juices from apple to cherry
  • Citric Acid – natural preservative
  • Pectin – used in jams to prevent settling
  • Xanthum gum – fermented corn sugar with bacteria
  • Sodium benzoate – a salt not naturally found in nature < this is the only concerning element and since the volume of it is low and the volume consumed is low I personally am not concerned with it.

MY TRIAL

As of today my skin is clearer than it has been in months and my stomach has not hurt for at least 7 days. It’s possible that I removed something else from my diet or the other things I’m doing are taking effect, but I would venture to say that the Xango juice certainly isn’t hurting. I would need to be more careful in not eliminating other things to fully attribute all to it.

It’s not a panacea, you still need to eat well!

But especially for those who are highly active, I think it’s hard to get everything we need without some supplements, that’s why I use Vega as noted. In this case I don’t see that it could possibly do any harm to use this as a supplement in your diet, especially with the additional known benefits of cherry juice for runners.

The free samples offer has been discontinued since this was published.
